Hazelnut cream donuts: soft and tasty!

You only need a few ingredients to make the fluffiest brioche ever! They are so easy, here's the full method:


HAZELNUT CREAM DONUTS INGREDIENTS:

200ml (4/5 cup) of lukewarm milk  

7g dry yeast 

1 egg 

8g vanilla sugar 

2 tbsp of sugar 

50ml (1/5 cup) of vegetable oil  

400g (3 1/4 cups) flour  

1 tsp of salt 

Hazelnut cream  

Sugar  




HAZELNUT CREAM DONUTS METHOD:

1. In a bowl mix together lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast, and add egg, oil, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. 

2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll it out and press in the center. Let it rise for 20 minutes more, and fry in hot oil until golden brown. 

3. Coat with sugar and fill with hazelnut cream.

4. Enjoy your Hazelnut cream donuts.

Apple pie with custard: easy and delicious recipe

A family favorite that reminds me of how grandma used to make it:


APPLE PIE WITH CUSTARD INGREDIENTS:

4 medium eggs

190 g of sugar 

100 g of butter

300 g of flour 

1 pack of vanilla baking powder 

Vanilla powder/Vanilla extract

2 apples 

400 g of custard




APPLE PIE WITH CUSTARD METHOD: 

1. First mix eggs and sugar and whisk everything. 

2. Add in the melted butter at room temperature and mix. 

3. Mix in the powders (flour and baking powder), sift them and add them to the mix 

4. Pour half the batter into a cake mold covered in baking paper. 

5. Fill with custard and apples cut in slices. 

6. Cover with the rest of the batter leveling the surface. 

7. Decorate with some more apples. 

8. Bake in a pre-heated ventilated oven at 175 degrees for 50/55 minutes until golden. 

9. Serve decorated with some powdered sugar.
